Hello and welcome!  I am so honored and happy that you are learning more about my services and background.  

 

I am a Colorado native and lover of the outdoors.  I currently am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addictions Counselor II in the State of Colorado and specialize in therapy with adolescents, LGBTQ folks, those living with HIV whether recently diagnosed or a long term survivor, and with people struggling with addiction.  I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University and completed my Master of Arts degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado.

 

My therapeutic style encompasses many techniques including but not limited to: Gestalt therapy, EMDR, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and guided imagery and relaxation to help you rediscover your personal Truth.  Together we can work to identify the obstacles blocking you from manifesting your dreams and empower you to create the change you deserve in your life.

 

My fee for a 50 minute session is $120 by cash, check, or credit card and is due at the time of service.  A sliding scale is available for those who qualify.
